Budbee returns

If you are returning with Budbee, follow these instructions:

To book a home collection:

  1. Go to your order in the Budbee app. Click on the “Book a return pick-up” button.
  2. Pack the pieces you wish to return. You don’t need to print a shipping label, Budbee will take care of that.
  3. Select a pick-up time that suits you. Choose if you want to leave the package outside your door or if you prefer to hand it over to the driver personally.
  4. Budbee will keep you updated via text or notifications in the app, and you will be able to track the driver in real-time.

To return with Budbee Box:

  1. Go to your order in the Budbee app. Click on the “Book a return” button, then choose which Box you want to leave the parcel in.
  2. Pack the pieces you wish to return. You don’t need to print a shipping label, Budbee will take care of that.
  3. After confirmation, you will have two hours to go to the Box, type in the pin, and leave the package inside the locker. If you didn’t make it in time you can book a new return in the app.
  4. Budbee will notify you once a driver has picked up your return and the package is on its way back to TOTEME.

Returns policy

  • We will process your refund when your return has passed the quality check at our warehouse. This can take 3-4 weeks.
  • All returns have to be shipped back to us, or returned in store within 14 days of delivery. This applies to full priced and sale items.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
  • When shipping, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
  • Returns must be sent back using our pre-paid return slip that comes with the order.
  • We don’t accept returns or claims of TOTEME items bought from other retailers or second hand sites.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
