Buying Intern content
TOTEME is looking for an analytical Buying Intern to support the team in Stockholm full-time for 3-6 months. In this role, you will be part of the global buying team and give analytical and operational support while providing key insights into the performance of TOTEME’s assortment. You will work together with the Buyer ensuring the right buying quantities for TOTEME’s own sales channels (online and offline).
The role
- Manage and create weekly sell-through reports
- Analyze weekly sales reports and proactively identify strong/slow sellers
- Create and maintain buying templates, spreadsheets, and records with all product information
- Assist with inventory planning – monitor stock levels and help identify and organize stock swaps between the warehouses
- Administer order placing in all systems
- Assist the Buyer with seasonal markdown plans
- Deliver buying overviews and presentations to the highest standards
- Support with the day-to-day operations, including ad-hoc tasks
Your profile
- Currently pursuing higher education studies, ideally in Business Administration or Fashion Business (mandatory)
- Prior experience in an analytical role within the fashion industry (preferred)
- Skilled with Excel
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the fashion industry
- Available for 3-6 months

This is a permanent, full-time position based at TOTEME's Stockholm office with an immediate start.
