North America Ecommerce Coordinator Content

TOTEME is looking for a North America Ecommerce Coordinator to join the team in New York. In this role you will be in charge of back end admin, ensuring that TOTEME’s US site is running smoothly and that all products and content are correctly displayed. You will support the Ecommerce team in Stockholm and report directly to the VP of North America.


The role

  • Manage the US site back end, stock levels, inventory flow and reporting
  • Manage outbound logistics with the US warehouse – control and report back to customers and customer service
  • Continually analyze, execute and provide improvements to the customer experience relating to navigation and product page content
  • Ensure that the site experience is connected to seasonal marketing, promotions and buying initiatives
  • Review the site daily to ensure that all product content is displayed correctly and that all products are available for purchase, properly categorized and correctly priced
  • Help coordinate and implement frequent site updates, maintaining a fresh user experience on the homepage, category pages, landing pages, and other key site pages
  • Work with other members of the team to track and prioritize the status of incoming products and inventory to ensure that products launch on the site and in the warehouse in a timely manner
  • Track consumer data and make updates to merchandising strategy as needed
  • Ensure that the merchandising strategy effectively promotes items and drives sales
  • Support the global Ecommerce team with digital product development tasks

Your profile

  • 2–3 years’ ecommerce merchandising experience
  • Proven track record of driving ecommerce sales
  • Experience from managing SKUs and product launches
  • Experience with Shopify (required)
