TOTEME is looking for a Freelance Photo Production Assistant to join our team in Stockholm on project basis. In this role you will support our production team in ensuring photoshoots run smoothly and result in high-standard visual content. You will work with producers, photographers, stylists, art directors and other team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage product samples for productions and style outs, from sourcing and transportation to storage.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks, such as booking flights, accommodation, transportation, catering, courier services and shipping.
- Print moodboards for the creative team.
- Support the creative team on set.
- Ensure the studio and wardrobe are kept organized and well presented.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
- Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle landscape.
- Confident and excited about photography production.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a project based freelance position based at TOTEME's Stockholm headquarters with an immediate start.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London and New York and a growing number of stores in Europe, North America and Asia.
