We ship worldwide from our warehouses in The Netherlands and Pennsylvania. See all shipping times and costs below.

We now offer free standard shipping to Germany.

  • DPD Standard Home delivery: 2-4 business days, FREE

  • UPS Standard: 2-4 business days, 10 EUR

  • UPS Express Saver: 1-2 business days, 20 EUR

  • UPS Next day delivery: 1 business day, 35 EUR
    (For orders placed before 1PM CET)

VAT is included in in all product prices.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).

When the shipment has left the warehouse you will be able to track your order by logging in with your order number and email address here.

  • We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns
  • Delivery to rural addresses can take longer
  • Next day delivery is not possible to rural addresses
